Refund policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and (when applicable) in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at retailventuresco@gmail.com with your order number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items, while we will cover return shipping or offer a replacement if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. A 10% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns to cover handling and processing costs, but no restocking fee will be charged for defective or incorrect items. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders can only be canceled within 12–24 hours of purchase before fulfillment.
