SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in processing your order.


Shipping Time

Once processed, orders are typically shipped and delivered within 7–30 business days depending on your location and shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, high order volume periods, or due to customs processing delays for international shipments.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. While we aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur.


Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Courtside Collective Co is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
